How your files and text are handled

Most TidyPatch tools process your content entirely within your browser. When a tool states "processed locally in your browser," your files and text are never sent to our servers. Everything happens on your device.

Some tools use a backend server for processing (for example, OCR text cleanup, table extraction, and QR generation). In those cases, your input is sent to our server only to perform the requested operation and is not stored or logged beyond what is necessary to return your result.

Analytics

We use basic analytics to understand which tools are used and which pages receive traffic. This may include page views, tool usage events, and button clicks. Analytics are used to improve the site and prioritise new features. We do not sell this data.

Cookies

TidyPatch uses minimal cookies. These may include analytics cookies and, if ads are displayed, ad network cookies. No login-related cookies are used as there is no account system.

Advertising

TidyPatch may display ads to support free access to tools. Ad networks may use their own cookies in accordance with their own privacy policies. We will update this page with specific ad network information once advertising is live.
